Receipts and confirmation emails with your QR code e-ticket are sent out by our ticketing system immediately following your purchase. If you cannot find or did not receive these emails within six hours of your purchase, please check your “clutter,” “junk,” “social,” “transactions,” and/or “promotional” folders or tabs in your email account. If you still do not see an email from Heritage, please email tickets@heritagemuseums.org or call 508.888.3300, ext. 0 for assistance.
You will also receive a reminder email a few days before your designated date with your e-ticket (QR code) in the reminder. Either of these two emails will work as your e-ticket as long as the date and time of entry are visible to parking and ticket staff.
