Hydrangeas in Harmony

Discover the companion plants that highlight hydrangeas’ beauty while adding foliage color, texture, and blooms from spring through fall.

Hydrangeas are spectacular on their own, but they truly shine when paired with the right companions. Plants that share similar growing conditions can highlight hydrangeas’ lush blooms while extending the garden’s color story with vibrant foliage, contrasting textures, and flowers that carry the show before and after hydrangea season. In this inspiring program, Natalie Carmolli shares some of her favorite Proven Winners® ColorChoice® hydrangea cultivars along with the perennials, shrubs, and foliage plants that complement them best. You’ll leave with creative ideas for building beautiful combinations that keep gardens colorful and interesting from spring through fall.

This program will be held indoors at the Heald Center inside the J.K. Lilly III Automobile Gallery. Advance registration is required.

Consider staying after the program to visit the gardens and exhibits. Admission to Heritage following the program is included with membership. Those who are not members of Heritage may purchase a program registration that includes admission following the program at a discounted rate. Save $8 on your visit!
