Guided & Self-Guided Visits

• Group visits have access to all the galleries and gardens, whether through a self-guided or guided tour. Enjoy lunch at Lilly’s Café or bring a picnic – and don’t forget to leave some time to find gifts in The Shop at Heritage.
• Groups of 10 or more paying in a single transaction qualify for the group admission rates.
• We recommend a minimum of 2 hours for a self-guided visit or 3 hours for a guided visit.
• Complimentary transportation is available for visitors with mobility challenges and can be accessed at fixed stops throughout the grounds.
• Guided tours must be booked 3 weeks in advance and self-guided tours must be booked 48 hours in advance.

This 90-minute guided walking tour includes stops in all three gallery buildings and in a variety of our botanical gardens. It highlights collections of antique automobiles, outdoor features, many pieces of history and art, plus a historic carousel ride.

• Pricing: $29 per adult/$22 per youth
• Recommended visit time: 2.5-3 hours

This visit includes a 60-minute guided walking tour of Heritage’s gardens and grounds. Tours change seasonally based on what is in bloom.

• Pricing: $29 per adult/ $22 per youth / $10 per Member
• Recommended visit time: 2.5 – 3 hours
• Specialized Horticulture Tour: To request a specialized tour led by one of our expert horticulture staff, tours must be booked a minimum of four weeks in advance and is an upcharge of $15 per person: $36 per adult / $29 per youth / $17 per Member

This visit includes a 60-minute guided tour of Heritage’s J.K. Lilly III Automobile Gallery. Tours change annually based on which cars are on display. This tour does NOT include access to Auto Collection Storage.

• Specialized Auto Tour: To request a specialized tour led by one of our Auto Committee experts, tours must be booked a minimum of four weeks in advance and is an upcharge of $15 per person: $36 per adult / $29 per youth / $17 per Member. Note: requests for behind-the-scenes collections storage tours may be requested but cannot be guaranteed due to scheduled work in auto storage and guide availability.

  • Heritage has an outdoor picnic facility in an uncovered area adjacent to the café that is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Groups are allowed to picnic anywhere on the grounds.
