Receipts and confirmation emails with your QR code e-ticket are sent out by our ticketing system immediately following your purchase. If you cannot find or did not receive these emails within six hours of your purchase, please check your “clutter,” “junk,” “social,” “transactions,” and/or “promotional” folders or tabs in your email account. If you still do not see an email from Heritage, please email tickets@heritagemuseums.org or call 508.888.3300, ext. 0 for assistance.

If you purchased a program ticket, you will receive a reminder email a few days prior to your event with your e-ticket (QR code) in the reminder. Any email with your e-ticket will work for admission as long as it is the correct date.
