Membership is not transferable, and you must be present when card is used. On each visit, at least one member named on the membership card must be present and must present a valid ID. Guest tickets for Admit 4 memberships and higher can be used in your absence.
Membership isvalid for 12 months and will expire at the end of the month of purchase the following year.
Admission privileges do not include visits with groups.
Your membership card(s) will generally arrive within two weeks of purchase. During periods of high volume, this time could be greater. If you have not yet received your card, or do not have your card, you you may enter by presenting valid identification at the Ticket Booth for entrance during the regular season.
Regular season guest tickets are included with memberships of Admit 4 and above and are valid anytime during our regular season, mid-April through mid-October. These passes do not cover or provide discounts for your or your guests for special events such as Gardens Aglow. Guest tickets may be used as soon as membership is purchased. Unfortunately, we cannot replace lost tickets.

4 tickets: Supporter, Friend, Honor Society
Free program tickets are included in the Benefit Package, Supporter, Friend, and Honor Society memberships.
Admit 2, 4, or 6 refers to the total number of people (children or adults) allowed into Heritage each day you visit. A card-holder needs to be present on every visit, but the guests can change each time. Children 2 and under are always free and are not included in this number.
North American Reciprocal Museum Association is one of the largest reciprocal programs in the world. NARM comprises more than 1,100 arts, cultural, and historical institutions offering reciprocal benefits to members. This benefit is available for Members at Admit 6 and above. Visit the NARM website to find participating NARM institutions.
Membership tax deductions: Admit 2 memberships are fully tax-deductible to the extent of the law. Memberships that include regular season guest tickets (Admit 4 and above) are partially tax-deductible; the cost minus the value of the guest tickets ($20/each). Please let us know at the time of your membership purchase if you would like to decline the guest tickets to make membership fully tax-deductible to the extent of the law.

Heritage Museums & Gardens reserves the right to refuse or revoke membership and/or deny admission without refund for noncompliance with applicable rules and terms or for inappropriate conduct. Early renewals will not lose any time on your membership; membership will be extended one year beyond your current expiration date. In fact, we encourage early renewal so your benefits do not lapse during your renewal cycle.
Admission benefits are available as soon as you complete your purchase.
Please note, however, that membership cards take roughly two weeks to arrive, which means that access to other member benefits where a card is required, such as NARM and AHS benefits will not be available until after that time.
Gift memberships can be purchased either online (by checking the box on the webform under member names), by calling the Membership Department or at the Ticket Booth during regular hours. When completing the online webform you may choose to deliver membership to gift recipient. Membership cards are sent out weekly, should you want to delay the arrival of the gift membership to a more appropriate date, please contact us.
