Gallery Talk: The Women Artists of Impressionist New England

This program is now sold out.

As part of Cape Cod ArtWeek, join us for a gallery talk with curator Amanda Wastrom, who will highlight some of the many women artists featured in the Impressionist New England: Four Seasons of Color and Light exhibition. From the late 19th century through the present day, artists such as Pauline Palmer, Matilda Browne, Mary Bradish Titcomb, and Lilian Hale have been forging their own artistic paths, all while balancing society’s traditional expectations and often supporting households and families. Enjoy exclusive access to the Special Exhibitions Gallery before Heritage’s public hours while learning more about these artists, their lives, and their works.

This program is free with admission or membership. Advance registration is required, as space is limited, and we expect this program to fill up quickly!
