Yes! Save your receipt to be able to apply today’s purchase toward a year-long Heritage Museums & Gardens membership! This can be done within seven days of your visit, either by visiting the ticket booth on your visit or by calling our Membership Department at 508-888-3300, ext. 159 or 119.

Can I delay the arrival of the gift membership?2026-04-14T13:58:21-04:00

The membership begins on the date of purchase and is active for 12 months. Digital membership cards for gifts are emailed to the primary member on the date you schedule. If you do not choose a date, it will automatically be emailed on the date of your purchase. If you need assistance, please contact us at membership@heritagemuseums.org.

How do I access and use my digital membership card?2026-04-14T13:54:45-04:00

All members receive a digital membership card accessible via a link sent to their email. These cards are easy to use and will always be in your pocket. When you visit, simply bring up your card on your mobile device and check in at the Ticketing Pavillion. Didn’t download the membership card yet? You can always use your photo ID.

Prefer not to go digital? No problem! The only thing we require for entry is any personal ID (like your license). Simply present your ID to admission staff for entry when you visit. And if you want to use your member benefits elsewhere, email us at membership@heritagemuseums.org and we’ll be happy to help.

Didn’t receive your digital cards? Fill out this form to request they be resent.

I am a member, do I still need to check in at the Ticketing Pavillion?2026-04-14T13:57:52-04:00

Yes, all visitors, including Members, are required to check in at the Ticketing Pavilion and have their membership card scanned before entry onto the grounds.

What are Heritage admission benefits for members?2026-04-14T13:55:39-04:00

Heritage membership admission benefits vary by level—Admit 2, 4, or 6—which refers to the total number of people (adults or children) who can enter Heritage per day during the Main Season (April-October). An adult member listed on the card must be present each visit, but guests can change each time—bring the kids one day and friends the next!

Children 2 and under are always free and do not count toward your admission total.

On most days during the main season, members do not need to reserve tickets in advance and may simply arrive, check in, and enjoy their visit.

What are Member Mornings?2026-04-14T13:49:54-04:00

Do you love that quiet time of day before the crowds show up, when the birds are out, and the blooms are starting to open? So do we. Join us for Member Mornings! Each Monday, Wednesday, and Friday during the main season – we open the gardens for members one hour prior to opening to the general public. No advance registration is necessary.

What are one-time-use guest tickets and how can I redeem them?2026-04-14T13:48:59-04:00

One-time-use guest tickets are included with many Heritage membership levels. These tickets allow guests to visit during the Main Season (April–October), either with or without the member present.

Physical and digital guest tickets are no longer issued. Instead, members can simply request to use one of their guest passes at the Ticketing Pavillion upon arrival. If a guest is visiting without the member, they can check in by giving the member’s name and staff will confirm if there are available guest passes for you to use.

What are the reciprocal admission benefits for members to other institutions?2026-04-14T13:54:09-04:00

By showing your active membership card with the reciprocal program’s icon to the admissions staff you will gain free entry to a participating organization. Pretty neat, right? See below details of these benefits. We recommend calling ahead to any institution you plan on visiting to know exactly how they will honor your membership.
