Please note: Supporter, Friend, and Benefit Package purchases on or after the September 1, 2025 will be honored for Gardens Aglow 2026 and cannot be used for this 2025 season.

Walk-up ticket sales are not guaranteed at the door. All tickets are date and time specific, and attendance is limited to provide a safe, high-quality experience for all. Tickets are non-refundable and are only valid for the date and entry time for which they are purchased.
Refunds will not be issued due weather (except in severe cases where the event is canceled for safety), due to any changes made to specific event offerings, or for unused tickets. Please read the Ticketing, Cancellation, and Refund Policy below before your visit.

General Admission tickets are date and time specific. With 24 scheduled nights, and 3 options for timed window entry, (4:30-5:30 pm, 5:45-6:45 pm, 6:45-7:45 pm), we hope you find the one that suits you best. Guests may enter any time during their timed window entry and stay until the grounds close at 8:30 pm.
