Tracy Isham of Hyannis Port Elected New Chair of the Board

The Board of Trustees of Heritage Museums & Gardens, the premier cultural attraction on Cape Cod, recently elected a new Board Chair and three new members of the Board of Trustees at its 48th Annual Meeting of the Corporation. The new chair of the board is Tracy Isham of Hyannis Port, MA, and Boca Grande, FL. New board members elected are Mariah Lilly of Stowe, VT; Frank Minard of Boonton Township, NJ, and Osterville, MA; and Lauren Huyett of Concord, MA and Menauhant, MA. Re-elected to a second term were Amy Corcoran of Brewster, MA, John Fulone of Mashpee, MA, and Tom Rockwell of East Sandwich, MA.  Louis Ricciardi of Lakeville, MA, and Cheryl Lilly of Plano, TX, and Falmouth, MA, were elected Trustees Emeritus.

Ms. Isham, who served as vice chair of Heritage’s Board of Trustees for the past two years, is an active member of the community, having served as a longtime board member of the Hyannis Port Civic Association and as a board member of the Hyannisport Club from 1997 to 2003. She is also closely involved with the Alliance to Save Nantucket Sound. Previously she served as vice president of the Boca Grande Woman’s Club in Boca Grande, FL, and has worked for Polo Ralph Lauren, in New York City, and sold residential real estate in Manhattan.

Mariah Lilly, a Cape Cod native, now lives in Stowe, VT. Along with her passion for skiing, dance, and the environment, Lilly has served on local boards in Stowe, and is interested in outdoor discovery and wellness.

Frank Minard is managing partner of XT Capital Partners. He was one of the founders and chairman of the board of InvestorForce, and previous positions include managing director and global head of marketing and client service for Morgan Stanley Investment Management; chair and CEO of Bankers Trust Company, Global Investment Management; president, Paine Webber Mutual Funds; and manager director responsible for global sales, marketing, and client service for Oppenheimer Capital.

Lauren Huyett is an interior designer. Her board service includes the junior committee of the Cleveland Orchestra; the Junior League of Washington, DC; the ICS School of Zurich, where she was vice president of Parent Group; and at the Concord Museum, including service as president of the Guild Board. She is currently on the board of the Concord Museum and is an Emerson Hospital Auxiliary Board-trustee; a member of the Sweet Briar College Alumni Association; the Gettysburg College Parent Association, and the Garden Club of Concord; and is president of the Grace Memorial Chapel in Menauhant.

Heritage is also pleased to announce the election of three new Corporators: outgoing board member Sue Hamilton of Cotuit, MA, Elliot Friend of Plymouth, MA, and Nina Mayfield of Hyannis Port, MA. Corporators re-elected were Diana Duffley, Margaret Gifford, Mrs. Peter Partridge, Nancy Petry, Malina Ricciardi, Jonathan Shaw, Tony Shelpley, Lynda Spence, and Derry Taylor.
