To manage the expected high volume of website traffic and to ensure a fair and efficient purchase process, we are implementing a new ticketing system this year that includes the use of a waiting room. The waiting room can be entered up to an hour in advance of tickets going on sale and will hold your place in line with an estimated wait time. Note that if you leave the waiting room for any reason, you will be placed at the end of the queue if you choose to re-enter.
Access to any part of the ticketing site before checkout does not guarantee tickets, as sales go very quickly. Once it is your turn to purchase tickets, the system will allow you to enter the purchase page. The number of remaining tickets will be displayed. Day-of ticket sales cannot be guaranteed at the door on any night. If any tickets become available due to cancellations or reschedules, they will be made available online and will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.
